Descriptions
Layout & Accommodations:
The custom layout of SIREN is thoughtfully proportioned for comfort aboard while at anchor or at sea. Most of the interior lighting has been upgraded to dimmable LED, including two-color (red) fixtures for night lighting at nav and galley. Three-zone air conditioning with reverse cycle heat for comfort at all latitudes.
The gently-angled companionway leads to the salon. To port is a comfortable L-shaped settee with a folding table (table lowers to coffee table height); the settee faces an entertainment center/icemaker with flatscreen TV.
To starboard and just a few steps away is the large nav station with twin independent nav displays, ships radio, electrical panel and copious storage. Directly aft is a large comfortable seat with reading lights and two rows of bookshelves (with teak keeper-slats) outboard.
Moving aft is a long galley with copious storage, twin deep sinks, trash compactor, two fridges and one freezer (all 3 units new in 2013), with twin opening portlights and 12v fan above for ventilation. Built-in microwave and coffee maker.
The owners' stateroom is aft and offers a private sanctuary while guests are onboard, with all the storage one could want, including two built-in safes. The en-suite head is to port with vanity, Tecma head (new in 2013) and separate stall shower.
The walk-in engine room is accessed from either the galley or the shower, and includes a work bench, vise, and ample stores. There is an extensive inventory of tools and spares that will convey with the vessel.
Moving forward from the salon are two additional cabins plus a head/shower. The guest cabin to port features a double berth with single pilot-berth above, large hanging locker and a seat.
The guest/day head is opposite to starboard and includes a separate stall shower.
The VIP cabin is all the way forward, with a large v-berth, extensive storage and en-suite access to the guest head/shower for privacy.
