McMichael Yacht Yard's skilled craftsmen customized three J133s for the 2006 Bermuda Race.
Sirensong Nav Station.
Note the Big Bay computer runs Expedition charting software mounted under the chart table. Sat phone is out of holder with Espar thermostat below mount. SSB, speaker and VHF in line below electrical panel. Chart plotter to the right. B&G FFD readout under computer screen.
Sirensong customized port seat locker and racing berth with access from the cockpit and the aft head. Note the hanging sheet bar with lower sheet hooks and the berth lee cloth that is not connected, as well as the storage shelf above the berth. Opening port gives some ventilation along with access from head area.
Sirensong customized starboard aft cabin with pipe berth and lower lee cloth under the cushion. Two opening ports to the cockpit do not show. Access to a huge locker directly under the cockpit is from both aft cabins and easily stows storm sails and storm anchor line.
Lock barely showing left is shelving to stow emergency flares, flag bag, tool boxes, spare parts container, and a large Zenon fire extinguisher secured to the bulkead. The custom shelves are slanted down and outboard to keep items in place when healing.
Clips under the pipe berth are for 3 custom crew duffle bags. Six more are mounted in the main cabin under pipe berths.
