Overview

Hull #162 features electric winches, non-skid decks, full teak interior and only 850 hrs on the Yanmar diesel. The cutter rig and electric stowaway main allow for short-handed sailing without sacrificing volume or offshore capability.  The vessel has never been south of the Chesapeake and her current owner of 10 years has spent only 3 nights aboard.  The interior shows almost “as new.” Brightwork on the toe rail will need to be re-done, as well as the gold cove stripe.  Other teak (cockpit coamings, trim etc) is in good condition and bottom paint is in good condition with no evidence of blisters.

The owner’s health forces sale of this very gently used, low hour Mason 44.  Priced to sell now. Easily shown by appointment in Mamaroneck, NY.
